Balmedie is a large village in Aberdeenshire with a population of approximately 2,5o0, a short drive north of Aberdeen City and is home to an award-winning beach at Balmedie country park.

With excellent public transport links and regular bus services, it is an easy commute to Aberdeen, Ellon, Peterhead, and Fraserburgh. It is also within easy access of the AWPR (A90), leading to the business parks west and south of the city.

Balmedie primary school has a nursery unit with another independent nursery located in the centre of the village and secondary education is provided at Ellon Academy, located just outside of the nearby town of Ellon, making Balmedie a great location for families.

Directions
From the north, follow A90 to Eigie Rd in Balmedie. Follow Eigie Rd and turn right onto Egie Cresent followed by first right onto Pettens Street..

From Aberdeen, take the A90 North for approximately eight miles and turn right at the second turning for Balmedie. Follow Eigie Rd as directed previously.
